first off, i would like to say thanks to Z1 motorsports for all their help. Also, big thanks to Ash Powers for his Zemulator and elite tuning skills. He knows more about the ecu/electronics in the Z car than anyone i have ever met. Russell and the Z1 crew has made quite an impression on me, i am actually thinking of moving down there after college... even though working on cars has nothing to do with my major @ school. Z1 is the best source for anything z32 related, and they have great customer service. It was great to meet all the crew down there(Russ, John, etc. etc.) Russ was even nice enough to let me stay at his house over the weekend, and fed me, and even provided free beers!! =)
visit their site @ [ http://www.z1motorsports.com ]Now, as far as my car goes... the turbo is bunk. it has t88 style lagginess, with only t04r power. i will be upgrading next summer. the Zemulator is in the car and works awesome. We found my boost leak which was a cracked intercooler weld(this would end up breaking 3 more times) i now have had this reinforced and it is holding up better now. at the end of the video you can see the last and worst blowout. also, do not go 160mph in a convertible.... more on that in my next post.
